Mindfulness at Work

Treat your employees with 4 session series that will give them tools to deal with work related stress.

First session includes basic slow flow Vinyasa Yoga practice and breathing techniques (Pranayama)
Second session will teach the secrets of meditation and provide a guidance to start a daily meditation practice
Third session includes Yin Yoga practice (long holds of supported stretches)
Forth session will teach MFR techniques to help loose sore muscles and provide tools for self massage
